Paula Nishikawara (Jamieson) graduated from the Emily Carr College of Art and Design and developed her unique natural raw canvas, and artistic techniques over succeeding years. She studied under well known west coast artists Don Jarvis and Ian MacIntosh. Paula's paintings eloquently connect West Coast naturalism, life experience and abstract expressionism. Her palette and composition are influenced and informed by her experiential relationship with nature.
